By using the Aelrox community, desktop app, AI Builder, micro apps, subscriptions, and related services, you agree to these terms and the applicable published rules. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept the terms for that organization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be eligible to use the service under the law where you live. If you are below the age of full legal capacity, use the service with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, do not share or transfer an account, and do not bypass authentication or security restrictions. If an account is used without authorization, take immediate security steps and contact us through Feedback.
The service and changes
Aelrox provides community, desktop, AI creation, micro-app runtime, publishing, subscription, and support functions. Some functions may be in testing or vary by region, device, account state, and plan.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue a function for safety, compliance, performance, or product development. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably practical.
Your content
Micro apps, posts, comments, images, attachments, feedback, and reports you submit may be user content. You keep the rights you legally hold in that content and grant Aelrox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license needed to provide, display, review, back up, protect, and improve the service.
This license is limited to operating Aelrox and related safety and compliance purposes; it does not transfer your ownership. After deletion, the license ends within reasonable technical and legal limits, although backups, review records, dispute materials, and content lawfully shared by others may need to remain.
You must have the right to submit and publish all text, images, audio, trademarks, data, and other material. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing, hateful, sexual, severely violent, privacy-invasive, or designed to bypass review.
AI Builder and generated results
AI Builder creates micro apps and related content from your input. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or similar to third-party material. Before saving, using, or publishing, review functionality, descriptions, permissions, privacy impact, and rights to included material.
You are responsible for your prompts, selections, changes, use, and publishing decisions. Using AI Builder does not transfer Aelrox brands, platform rights, official templates, or system components to you.
Do not submit passwords, verification codes, access tokens, full payment information, medical records, identity material, or another person’s private information without authorization in prompts, attachments, or micro apps.
Publishing, review, and the community
Public content must follow the Community Guidelines and Publishing & Review. Aelrox may use automated and human review and may take the following actions because of safety, law, rights claims, community rules, or user reports:
- require changes or more information;
- limit visibility, interaction, runtime, or publishing;
- reject, remove, or delist content;
- suspend or terminate the related account.
Approval is not a permanent guarantee that content is safe, accurate, or suitable. We may act again if a new issue appears. You may report content or appeal a decision through the designated feedback process.
Micro apps and permissions
Community micro apps are the responsibility of their creators. Before running one, review its purpose, source, version, description, and permission prompts, and allow only the access needed for the task. See Micro-App Safety & Permissions.
You must not conceal a micro app’s true behavior, induce unrelated access, collect undisclosed data, prevent users from leaving, or use a micro app to harm people or systems.
Subscriptions, benefits, and payments
Prices, taxes, validity, renewal, benefits, and usage limits are those presented for your confirmation before purchase. See Membership & Usage Limits for plan and allowance guidance.
Unless the purchase page, refund policy, or applicable law provides otherwise, digital services already delivered or consumed may not be refundable. For an incorrect order, duplicate payment, or missing entitlement, provide the order identifier through feedback; never submit a full card number or verification code.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- publish or distribute malware, phishing, scams, backdoors, or security-bypass content;
- collect, disclose, sell, or misuse another person’s data without authorization;
- impersonate others, manipulate reviews or metrics, harass in bulk, or submit malicious reports;
- register accounts in bulk, scrape without permission, attack, load test, or disrupt the service;
- evade review, account restrictions, payment limits, access controls, or regional rules;
- copy, redistribute, or reverse analyze protected platform elements or content without authorization;
- violate applicable law, third-party rights, or Aelrox’s published rules.
Platform and third-party rights
Aelrox brands, interfaces, platform software, official content, and system components are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms grant no license to those rights except where expressly stated.
Third-party services, material, and micro apps may have additional terms. A transaction or dispute between you and a third party is governed by the third party’s terms; Aelrox does not become a party to it merely because the service provides access.
Regional services
China services are provided through Aelrox.cn, and global services through Aelrox.com. Accounts, content, orders, benefits, and available functions are independent between the two regions; status in one region does not automatically apply to the other.
You must follow the laws and rules of the region you use. Some functions may be limited by local requirements or service availability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or request account closure through the available product process. Aelrox may limit, suspend, or terminate service if you violate these terms, create a safety risk, infringe rights, or if law requires action.
Payment, intellectual property, liability, dispute, and data-retention terms that by their nature must continue remain effective after account termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Aelrox takes reasonable steps to maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that user and third-party content is entirely safe, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aelrox is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss caused by user or third-party content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not limited by this section.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms because of product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means such as an in-product notice, community announcement, or document update. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means accepting the updated terms; if you disagree, stop using the affected service.
