Extract embedded PDF comments and position-matched highlights to Markdown, organised by document and page. Filter documents and note types before export. Partial highlights are estimated and need source review; no OCR or access to reader-private databases. Up to 10 PDFs, 32 MiB each and 500 pages total. Selected files are processed locally in Aelrox on Windows and macOS.
